Id say when it stays at one tick. Mine does that alot though when iv no signal. What have you done?

wen u dont see the persons status, dp, an msg will show u just a single tick. if ur frnd has whatsapp add the no of the person.refresh contact, an see if u see the persons dp,status ,if see then they have blocked u

one tick can also mean they've deactivated the app or just be out of signal...no pic can mean just that no pic ....soooi
