The EU want every device, including iPhones, to use Type-C for standardisation. I can understand the objective but Type-C..? It's shyte! Doesn't lock into place, and needs to because it falls apart so easily. And that's when it's clear of any trace of dust. Seems to me it's Apple's plug that should be standardized. Anyone with Apple actually in support of this madness? |

Haven't had any trouble with usb-c, and it locks onto my phone snug. Apple have been ripping people off for years with their sh*tty chargers. It's a good thing

I would be happy with USB-C on iPhone as my iPad Pro uses USB-C, in fact most Apple products use USB-C, its just iPhone that has been sitting on Lightning, my personal thought is that Apple were already planning to either move iPhone to USB-C or go fully wireless.
