I've prepared a nice chicken dish so just put it in oven later and having jacket potatoe with it, can't be bothered doing Sunday roast this week

Sounds lovely me darling, yeah we our sick of roasts as well, so going to make homemade colliflower cheese with roast spuds, tastey and proper winter warm food

Mop my kids moan about Sunday roasts now but mr foxi luvs them so I usually have to make them lol. Got away with it today tho as I've been studying all morning and only stopped half hour ago. Maybe pub time after my lads footy match has finished lol

Been in accountancy 19years just decided to get qualified lol did a bookkeeping course 13years ago lol nothing like leaving it til your older and finding it bludi hard going

when I cook a joint of meat, I don't use lard or oil, just let if cook in its own juices, and to stop it burning I add few tablespoons of water, roast the spuds in the juices and water as well, I bake my veg ie carrots ect on there own, steam them first, try to keep us much goodness in them.
