This is the worst genre of music! I'm dead serious. I used to like Rap, until I listened to a different genre. And then I realized how cr*p rap really is (and I always wondered why so many people said rap is cr*p) |

But there are an exception to a very few artists that make rap sound good when compared to other genres, such as Run D.M.C. Public Enemy, N.W.A. Eminem (first 3 albums), and just one or two 2pac songs.

Rap music is very boring! Because you can only judge this music by lyrics! The beat is made by computer, and its looped over and over! There's no variety! (I consider this as 'cheating') because some artists actually make their own beats with real instruments.

Oh, and to top everything, Rap is 'sung' in a monotone, no variety of voice! I mean, if all they do is write and sing lyrics, at least make it sound nice! Don't just 'talk' into the mic. Its for these reasons that I dislike rap! So my conclusion: Rap is cr*p!

well that didnt just generalise the whole genre! there is some great rap/hip hop stuff out there, but its harder to find nowadays. check out krayzie bone or bizzy bone, niether just talk in the mic or use a monotone voice and would change your views if thats what you think

I've listened to rap from its birth to its death. Then from its rebirth till now...so I know my rap, and I know most of it is cr*p (i've stated which artists aren't cr*p)
