emo bands dont have ''best'' bands cos they fail  .. metal on the other hand has some awesome bands like Fnm, tool, primus, pantera,soundgarden ops gone over 3 lulz

Emos aload of cr*p . And it depends on the tast of the individual on wot metal or goth band is best dont know if im geting old but the music seen these days is aload of cr*p . Bands that are classed as goth i dont recognise as goth

Music is in a pretty bad state thesedays. Bands are watering down their music to get more attention in the media and radio. Theirs still loads of great bands though. But i have heard a lot more bands going more 'mainstream'
