There's not really a 'best' solo, there are lots of really good ones but its all opinion and preference. Some may say that November Rain is the best while others disagree.

For me it's got to be Iron Maiden's The Trooper's solo

Obviously u havent heard of the wu tang clan or jurassic 5 who are both hip hop groups that create there own beats that are alot more original than the usual. Hip hop can be like metal in the sense that the commercial stuff is usually quite predictable where as if u dig a little deeper you will be rewarded with something more unique
