Lil wayne is the best rapper alive, b4 i go any further into this conversation, let me let u all know what i mean. I don't think is beta dan any rapper personally,physically,spiritually or in anyway or form of fashion, but as for this rap thing, i think he's beta dan everybody. He is the best among the best.
