I don't know the model personally but Google suggests that it's: com button, power on plus the camera button and keep them pressed. I've no idea what the 'com' button is I'm afraid, possibly the call button?

hold camera and connection button (on the left of the device) keep pressed and then hit the soft reset button at the bottom of the device. keep the 2 side buttons pressed until a message pops up asking if you want to hard reset. press green call button to accept

any1 know how to hardreset a blackberry storm?

Go to options-security-general settings, then hit the menu key to the left of the ball. Then wipe handheld. It will give the option to delete third party applications as well. After you decide to keep or delete the apps click continue. Then you will have to type the word BlackBerry. After that the handheld will be wiped.
