Rite it says on bupa website to eat plenty fibre rich foods, fruit, veg n drink plenty water so bowel movements will be soft n not put as much pressure on the area. Regular warm baths may relieve irritation n help cleanse the area.....

Medicines for piles help to relieve the symptoms but cure them. Thats bout it lisa apart from stuff ur doctor can do if it dunt get any better.

For those of you with older ones, when did you give them a pillow in their bed? Caitlin's been really snotty past few days n wanna prop her up a bit. Cant raise her cot up cos she never stays in one place! But not sure bout givin her a pillow

Clams put the pillow under the mattress if u don't wanna give her a pillow. I gave sarah a pillow wen she was one it was a first pillow and anti allergic too. Xx

I've tried that loz, but she moves about all night. She ends up pushed against the bottom of the cot! Well she knows what to do with a pillow so maybe i'll try her with one
