@ mikeymk - 21.01.14 - 06:29am They're still complex carbohydrate though, right? So they help store fat on the body by maintaining energy levels. And they don't take much energy to digest. Snacking on sliced cheese and salami is less fattening, as you burn more energy digesting them than they give you. As long as you don't consume additional energy from something else. |
