Mrs McConville, a 37-year-old widow and mother of 10, was abducted from her flat in the Divis area of west Belfast and shot by the IRA. Her body was recovered from a beach in County Louth in 2003.

Tried to educate myself on 'The Provos, The IRA + Sinn Fein' a couple of yrs ago. That was actually the name of the book I picked up. it was probably a bit too much to start with, I only got about a third of the way through it. Wasn't the easiest of reads for me, maybe a bit too much documentation.
