remember when i was a kid, my grandad saying insted of giving me pocket money would i like to do spot the ball, we placed our x's and i was convinced we were gonna win, i was calculating how many bags of sweets i could buy with my share. We didnt win  I was about 5 or 6 at the time.

This is why people on the dole and benefits shouldn't be given actual cash, another reason for food vouchers that can only be spent on food, they shouldn't be gambling, gambling is a choice that should only be given to the tax payers.
