I agree, the man in question tells men who approach him he's a 11,12,13 year old girl and is that okay and gives them the choice to say no and cut contact but some still want to talk to what they think is a child and meet, Although they meet up with a police officer.

ok, so it is the courts fault, the judicial system at fault, not what they are doing.

Basically, they get punished for getting caught. Then they get psychological counseling in prison that tells them there is nothing wrong with their desires and it is not their fault.

defo a fault of the judicial system. i really wish every child abuser (note not paedofile) or attempted child abuser should be locked up for life.

I watched one of those programmes ,one actress who posed as a fourteen yrs old arranged for them to call when her parents were out ,they were supposed to arrive at different times ,but couldn't contain themselves and were arriving early and circling the place like vultures ...all ordinary type men too .
