Before Christmas, I asked advice about reporting bad care. Just wanted to let those who were interested know that the deed was done, and a new report has just come out. It finds the place to be 'inadequate', and no longer in the top 3 percent of care providers, and it has stated that staff are to be retrained in order to follow the procedures in place for reporting child safety issues.  |

Well, thanks, but mainly it was the people I reported it to. They acted promptly, so credit where its due. Hopefully it'll at least make the place take it's duty of care more seriously. |
