Channel 4 TV show Hunted,did you watch it? What do you think,is it genuine or a total set up,fake ? |

I've just watched the first episode,interesting concept for a show but I have to say its a set up show,it seems faked to me.

I saw the adverts for it. sounds unlikely to me, the one guy talking about being traceable because he'd made a phone call. unless the shows producers have a lot of pull with the security services and don't mind showing themselves breaking the law on TV it's nonsense...

Bloke I know applied for it last year, got filmed earlier this year so it is pretty real, haven't spoke to him about it because he can't say much, I don't know the other guy he's on it with, another mate was gonna do it with him but couldn't get time off work, mate Steve whose on it is a self employed plumber. |

We will see, it's been hinted my mates done well on it but nobody knows for sure, only saw him on clips at the beginning of the 1st episode which I used my sky plus to record as was away in Lanzarote when the 1st episode aired.

Its said to be genuine on the channel 4 website, meant to be a social experiment. I quite like enjoyed it but do agree it did seem a bit faked at times.

I watched it, and thought it was realistic, but then I thought hang on who is doing the filming  and then in a window reflection saw massive camera and poss tv crew

It's faked very obviously, the stories are bad, and if the stories are good the actors are bad, because they don't know any better... and I remember, i think it was on a diff show, there was this long haired man in his 50s and he was talking to a ghost colonel I think and he puts his hand on his forehead quickly and saids 'the colonel wants me to do this' lol that was so ridiculous
