Cheese on biscuits is very dry. Prefer pate on biscuits.

All butter shortbread biscuit, place a piece of Somerset Brie on it, warm under a low grill for a few seconds until it's soft enough to spread (or use baked Camembert).

Love a bit of cheese. I'm yet to encounter an Italian cheese that I don't like, or many cheeses at all really. Provolone is a particular favourite at the minute, also parmegianno, pecorino, grano padano, fontina, mozzarella, etc. Dorado Italian crackers, water biscuits and cream crackers.
