Have you ever been in court as a plaintiff or defendant? If yes, how many times and did you win or not?? I haven't been personally (as a plaintiff or defendant) but have been there as a witness. |

Lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots.........but for neither of it. Maybe one day in the future if these neighbours don't stop their noise. Aaaw you had forgotten about the jury duty. Some countries have that. |

I was in court quite recently. As a defendant. I'd been in a car accident, and it was agreed/found that the cause of the accident wasn't my fault, and even accepted that i couldn't possibly have avoided it. I didn't get off entirely - got a slap on the wrist for a couple of wrong-doings. |

been there as a witness, as a defendant and when i 1st started as a screw we would have to take prisoners into crown court so iv been there hundreds/thousands of times as security. 99 ;/. of cases are boring as hell i mean mind numbing type boring, the odd 1 or 2 are interesting but mostly just boring as hell. some of the legal arguments are better than the actual cases, you got 2 or more lawyers arguing over the meaning of a word or sentence, it can be humourous listening to them trying to rewrite the dictionary.

Loads, but not me. My dad, his sis and their cousins. There's a family dispute going on among them (some property issue after elders death) and since my dad's side of the family is greedy and materialistic, they're unwilling to settle the matter so the property has to be partitioned and distributed among all legal heirs. This has been going on since many years, but the court will soon give judgement. Our house will get demolished and reconstructed in a flat system with a particular floor designated to us. Literally a very stressful time for us.

Nice to see the priorities sorted there. I just fkd all my family off. Sick of it all. They can keep it all and take it to their graves instead of memories with me, I'd rather be homeless than have my life spoilt by cement politics. The fkn government will get most of it anyway, suckers. |
