Garlic most of all but loadsa others inc, Ginger , Coriander ,.paprika, black pepper.

Probably be quicker to list what I don't use/like. Faves include garlic, chilli, chives and turmeric. |

I try to use turmeric and ginger every day. Cinnamon nutmeg and mace on breakfast or cake. Mint in drinks. Parsley in Taboulleh' as a main ingredient not a flavoring. Cumin and coriander I use in cooked meals probably 3x a week occasionally with black mustard seeds and tarragon, sometimes fennel and curry , Chilis I have fresh in every week same with ginger.. Last night I poached veg in rosemary sage and thyme. Paprika and garlic with potato wedges. Paprika coated roasted chickpeas are yummy. I'm trying to find idea for sumac now, it just sits in the cupboard unused. In trying to reduce garlic consumption but it's not happening, eat the damn stuff near every day |

Easy way to use sumac - Make a za'atar spice blend, mix with olive oil and spread on pita (or like) bread.
