3 members of family are cops as is my m8 , youd be surprised they're quite limited Duty of care things aplies to the offenders aswell as the general law Abiding citizens who really deserve it EG: no lynch mobs . . Their bound by law to protect their prisoners whether guilty or on remand awaiting trial ... . Just the same as their bound to protect you and meeeeee |

188 murders a year for a population of 8.8 million seems alright to me. In Ciudad Juarez, reportedly 27 people were killed in 2 days.
