Gave up fakebook years ago

Fb is a pile of g.ash so i deactivated my account a few days ago.

I don't do Insta, Twitter etc, the only one i'm on is Facebook largely because of family further afield. I do very little on there, the odd post here and there, maybe every few days.

It's an asset or don't bother, i don't need to abstain from it, though there are certainly a few people who live on there and need to get with the programme.

That said, i don't see people these days. More their fault than mine, with being busy with work or family - MK has always had a strong building culture and they all have their clique, it's always about work, even down the pub it's all trade, does my head in. Or it's all kids and the resulting infrastructure, people falling out over all manner of shyte regularly, blah. Nobody parties anymore, so i just entertain myself when i'm not at work or have the brat.

If anything, the only social media i do keeps me in touch, not detract me from it.. (Pro doesn't count because i don't know anyone here).

No social media, its almost weird seeing people so focused on their phones all the time when outside. I can only use prodigits so much before getting bored and doing something else.

It's not given. You do save time, but what you do with that time is what determines how you will feel aeons after from that time. If you substitute Facebook for another compulsive destructive habit, there's no point quitting, and if Facebook is an asset and helps you connect rather than wasting your time, there's no point quitting.

i even dont stalk on FB anymore. , governments should tax that sh*te , they'd get some good revenue returns.

The younger generation in Hong Kong is fu*ked, hunched backs and staring profusely into their phones throughout the entire trips. I imagine they are going to get less physically stronger and far more reliant on technology to even function the day to day basic tasks.

What about chrome and its https secure sites. I don't think this site as this. Will this site ave to change http to https. Or will crome ban certain sites like this.

I dont think it bothers me, ppl use social media for diff reasons.
