tesco online do it all the time and substitute crap , complaining online with tesco often gets a refund for the sh*t they substituted sht they sent you, and you get to keep the sh*t . Hopefully Iceland do similar. |

Iceland don't substitute items if they dont have it you don't get it. Tesco and other big supermarkets do substitute so you might get something close to what you wanted. |
