 it got me pretty bad today my arms are on fire! cold water and ice hasnt helped  I don't usually burn as bad as I have today I should have used lotion but didnt see any point now I regret that! What cools it? |

If you're gonna use lavender oil don't use it neat, unless you want chemical burns as well as sunburn. Learned that the hard way
