Who decided cheddar cheese would be the main cheese? There are loads of other types of cheese, some tastier and many with similar properties so why cheddar? |

What I mean is that if you looked at US supermarkets you would think we ate nothing but mozzarella and cheddar cheese, but if you look closer you are bound to come across cheese you haven't even heard of before.

An American has no place in a thread about cheese. That sh*t you shovel down is like grout. It's worse than your chocolate you boaky bast*rds.

That used to be my favourite until asda and co-op's brands turned into rubber I worked one Christmas at Arla foods in the cream section, firstly never buy pots of cream, secondly Tesco, Asda and Sainsburys all had their products in the same room. wouldn't surprise me if one company made all the Red Leicester for the supermarkets. |

Probably. They've clearly made it cheaper to make. So I moved to co-op and there's was amazing for months. Then it went to cheap rubber. I just get cathedral city cheese now. Own brands have gone to sh*t |
