Is that what used to be referred to as 'flat feet' or 'sunken arches'?

Not knowingly. I've had aching feet in the past, but perhaps that was just Beriberi. |

It's not flat feet or sunken bridges or even muscles. It's the tendons that connect from the toes to the heel. Sometimes they get inflamed, so anti-inflammatories help. Sometimes it gets a little tear in, that's more painful. Go to a chiropodist or podiatrist (foot specialist), they can do a very simple, very quick, minimally invasive procedure to release the pressure on the tendons. Before my brain broke, I wanted to become a chiropodist. |

Get some insoles for your shoes. Skechers do some with them already in. Mine improved very quickly and totally went in weeks
