When I walk my dog he's often off the lead. When I see other people walking their dogs off leads approaching I look at the owners first and if they look like riff raff my dog goes on the lead pr*nto. It's a rule of thumb

I never walk the dogs off the lead and if I meet someone who has their dog off the lead I always tell them to put it on the lead. It's unfair on their dog and on my dogs.
They often say 'its okay mate he's friendly' I always ask them 'Are you assuming my dogs are too'?
