Say you won a holiday to Hawaii or Tahiti. Would you go for it or accept the cash equivalent? Personally, I think the holiday would be better than cash as cash loses value. The memories of the trip would be priceless.  |

The holiday might be on special offer two weeks later..many holidays do get reduced. Have to think of it both ways Trunky.

I'd take the cash and then use it to pay for a holiday somewhere closer and cheaper that i'd chosen myself, that way you still get a holiday and have some cash left over to spend as your holiday money when you get there.
