This is going round and round in circles. As I said. If I were in charge, I'd be willing to pay any price to ensure Africa's self-sufficiency, no matter how long it takes and no matter the cost. I'm not in charge. So many African leaders don't mind asking for help all the time. So it doesn't matter. I'm just throwing out there new ideas. New philosophies.

Remember. Most modern dictatorships came about as a result of revolutions. The revolutionaries themselves became the new kings-there's a simple to understand and very entertaining book called Animal farm which very simply explains what I'm talking about. Four legs good, two legs better.
