Okay. Could a country under Islam successfully balance the importance and safety of all races, creeds and orientations. In a nutshell, I ask that in a Muslim majority country, would Islam be fair?

ohh ..why not,! The Almighty Allah states in the Glorious Qur'an: ( We have honored the sons of Adam; provided them with transport on land and sea; given them for sustenance things good and pure; and conferred on them special favors, above a great part of Our Creation. (17:70)

best example i can give you, during the prophet muhammad (s.a.w) time there were all kinds of people and he create such a balance between people that every one was agree with him (s.a.w)
