I think ppl use to eat goose but they got so expensive, ppl went for a cheaper meat - hence we eat turkey today

i dunno i eat pork or chicken but pork is traditional. i honestly dunno who and why chose pork while the old testament prohibites it. it should be lamb both for christmas and easter.
