haa!!! OMG.... Are you using s60v2 @johnh1 If not, Qt runtime is required to run Qt based applications, just like trying to install java runtime so as to run java app on Java non-compactible phones

dont know if its the latest but there are sis installers on version number 4.72 maybe 4.73 or something like that. its similar to wat python is giving your phone another language to run apps in.

Crail there is Qt 4.7.3, its a pack all in sis formats, cant upload as am having very difficult times with my network... look for it at ipmart s3 apps section....

Am not sure cuz i formatted phone just after updating....All my 3rd party apps are gone lol...it wod be a nice start for this Anna thing....am eager to have Belle soonest......all ive noticed for anna is the portrait qwerty, 2 new custom folders...am sleepy now....

c.k. theres none in the first update of 290mb file, theres another 2 upodates, 24mb and 25mb...but i cant be sure cuzive already installed Qt 4.7.3....maybe others cud confirm it......

I think ur right c.k., after installing the 2nd wave of anna update i again formatted my phone to start it on a clean slate, then after hacking it again i installed a qt app and hoola it installed right pr*nto.....

Well in a layman's skinny eyes Qt is just similar to python, if nokia wod still be around methinks there wod come a time when all nokia apps wod be qt-based, ovistore is now qt, fMobi the best facebook mobile browser is qt, other wonderful S3 apps and games are also qt-based....

if you install the latest beta apps they come with smart installer which will find and install everything need in regards to QT libs

ever since leaving my n95 just never been able to understand this n8 i made a mistake of buying it from the o2 shop instead of carphone warehouse so its locked and i dont understand how to hack the phone
