So My S8 wont charge With The Fast Charger, But if i use the usb cabe connected on a usb port on a extension board it charges but connect it via fast charger it wont, but if i use a basic usb cable via fast charger with a micro usb to c connector it charges, but wont charge with a powerbank |

Most likely your micro USB or USB-C port has been damaged and needs to be repaired. Tips: Never purchase a USB cord longer than you need and leave that phone alone when it is charging.
