the only thing allowed for torrents is advice on how to get the best speed, and which apps to use. talk of specific trackers and files to download can result in a ban.

posting links to torrents cording to my understanding which is obvious. but asking what torrent client or how to speed it up is not. not everyone is a pirate and use it to do illegal things. software works with keys. everything is free to download as long as the key is not added to it which would make it illegal

I think everything to do with talking about torrents should be allowed apart from giving advice on where to get it. So then there is no way whatsoever any laws are being broken. Talking about something you pirated = fine, posting release names = fine, posting links = not ok. Piracy is massive in the phone forums.
