to mp4 its generally fast becoz its lower bit rates normally. Have you measured it yet by converting it to a higher quality divx

well ive set the fps to original and video bitrate to 512kbps and audio 128kbps and screensize 480x320 its for my ipod touch i did it before but the lips was out of sync whats the best settings to use for ipod touch without losing the quality but keeping the size low

Ok heres a little secret i learned. theatre films thats your cinema movies gets released on film so they can only go up to 24fps no matter if u set it to 30 it will only do 24. Movies recorded on video like camcorder stuff can only do 30 max. I use to never no this till some bloke into video editin informed of this
