If you are already infected then now there is no use in installing av now...get avira or kaspersky rescue cd and perform a scan

@sponhead, if you PC is yours, then usually you have Admin rights lol. If the PC is in your job, maybe you havent Admin rights and you cant instal anything

if you get ultimate bootcd or hiren bootcd,boot with it and run avira antivir scan on your system, and then install recent version odf if on your pc for future protection
