I havnt used my laptop for more then a week and the i o and backspace suddenly stop working what could be the problem? i tryed cleaning it its not that |

i done a troubleshooting and it said Hardware changes might not have been detected

im 'afrad to inform you its broken ...cry....you need a touchscreen until you get a girlfriend once that happens then hopefully you wont have as much liqiids spilt on the keyboard

Go to Cmos setup and set disable the keyboard and anable it back,,

jus make sure about waranty, cuz i had a 3year extended waranty and didnt even know, if it is moisture the waranty unfortunately wont cover it

It's drivers messed up. Don't you have recovery partition on you lapy . Till then you can try virtual keyboard.
