freemake are good, you can download their software free and they do a video and audio converter and a youtube downloader, zamzar is a site that you upload to and that works ok also

does it play correctly on nokia that took it? if so,video is not the problem.

Videos taken by nokia phones shouldn't have any problem coz they use standard video codecs unless ur phone has some serious software problem... And its also possible that the software you are trying to play it has compatibility issues... Try playing them with familiar player like vlc, km, gom etc...

It's capital 'Letters' mate. Alphabet means all letters arranged in specific order to make the alphabet. ;)
