right lets hope all you South Africans are ready for the new law that starts the end of this month.. The new law states you cannot buy a sim card without a id book.. So if i was you pop out today and buy like a few of each network. Cell-c Vodacom and still the best network around MTN.  you dont need to inbox lets discuss in this post.. |

main reason is for fraud. And if i remember the 64k is called a Usim and its for 3G.. It allows you to save video calls messages same as voice messages.:)

Where did u hear that ? ! Bro u cn get a 65k/3G sim 4 jst R120 and let u keep ur nr. Its a sim swap. I have like 15sim cards. U can get a voda sim at cna 4 R2 ! They wnt even no to chek 4 id. I dun believe it til i c it. Yeah id if u buy a PHONE !

I heard about this. What gets me is playas attitude: u can get id at 15 so its ok. Wtf? Yr govt is invading yr privacy. Its gonna have a database of every phone no and who owns it. The fraud is just an excuse, most sim cards are not used by fraudsters. Its to make surveillance on yall easier. With yr history i thought u wud have no time for secret police. Maybe yr just used to it

64 k doubles your memory instead of 250 contacts you have about double and you can have more messages stored on the sim

hey read properly i did not say maybe this is gonna happen.. It is gonna happen! Ask your nearest vodacom shop bout this.. And as for the stupid who said wat fraud its our local imports ( nigerians who are buying a starter pack plus cellphone commiting there crimes and tossing the phone plus sim away.. Its being past by goverment and implemented by the end of the month..
