I loged on 2 a site for 33sec my account was R31.72 and went to R-7.60 dowload nothing and voda say they cant help me did something like this happen 2 u? Can sum 1 help me? |

U might just have bn wrongly billed what could have happened is u never got biled 4 ur previos sessions at that time nd got biled at 1 time all 2gether but i doupt that theres a hacker ppl,rather not jump 2 conclutions yet  pmpl,that vlive thing wont hapen unless they shut down free wap then u wil just be billed like u used2.

same tng hapnd to me.i had 10rand and it went down to -5rand.it was sum rusian free sms site iwent to.it requird tat i enter my phon numbr to use it.so ppl b carful.

I went on chatdammit!! and i got the rite settings and all the sevice provider say that it was them that charge me for that 33 sec and it not true sum 1 or sum thing stole my money and voda told me how much they charge me for the wole day of gprs it was R6.72 and 5:34pm it happend 2 me

Yup, thatz probably it. GPRS probably wasnt available, so your phone probably connected 2 wap. This can easily happen on opera (it happened 2 me) cause it doesnt ask u 4 permission 2 use WAP instead of GPRS.

Take them 2 da small claims court. Vodacom should no where ur cash is goin, and should bable 2 tel u who took ur cash. Unless u gave out ur no. Via wap and agreed 2 allow them 2 bill u.

Once cell c had errors on their network,contract ppl had calls billed they neva made:cell c said hackers s-proviers...they kept it under covers,even mtn and voda had da same problem,

i don't xactly know what the problem is but also as a voda subscriber i once had a similar experience using v/live handset i don't think i should v been billed frm the onset. tough luck hey :-)

Its simple you used a gprs profile of another network or the network was busy you did a dial up connexion(direct data call)
