Not exactly my friend! Vodacom Edge is mostly in ur province and non on the others.By ur prov. I'm refering to Earstern and Western Cape around there and maybe near durban

Its just speed.. Lets say gprs is 144kbs for data transfer and then with EDGE its like 384kbs for data transfer.. I stand to be corrected..

i kno 3g is 384 n i'm nt sure bt i think gprs is somewhere near 44 n i also stand2 b corrected dn kno bout edge tho i do know its is in the 200 hundreds

gprs max speed is 80kb/s. edge max speed is 128kb/s. 3G max speed is 384kb/s and 3G HSDPA max speed is 1.8mb/s
