Virgin is a service provider only.An extension of the Cell C product range,seeing as cell c controls 50% of virgin.

Hi ppl.I'm on mtn and right now mtn is the only full signal available here.With my cellc+voda sim its *Emergency calls only*.now as ICASA approves no portability i'm planning2move2virgin.since virgin uses cellc towers and there's no cellc+voda here does it mean no virgin also?
