EE 4G this year won in the Rootmetrics ratings but they're the most premium network in UK. Fast 4G but you got to pay for it. It does boil down to coverage and what your priorities are with a network... if it's very minimal use and hardly any data required then maybe one of the smaller virtual networks will do the job.
