Is it possible to use web forums on your phone i tried www.world-of-digital.com on oceanlake but it wouldnt let me login but it does on a pc. do you know of any web forums that would work. thanks in advance. |

Lots of web forum makers claim they run on wap, sgboards for eg, but in practice the owners haven't got a clue. When you question them about it, its always your phone thats the problem - not their set up obviously! Problem is, the older phones dont do cookies which most of these forums use, and you find that even though you can read the forums, you cant write into them.

You can use web and wap with certain forum sites eg. prodigits and mopilot. but not with web based sites like www.world-of-digital.com

My site can be used from web and phone, and I've got forums ready to go in, but I'm not adding them till we sort the problem with orange access out. Can guarantee the guy who's got forums on his site will have the same problem.
