http://www.xx65.nskmob.com/file/java/cx65/index.php?p=opera replace whats within the brackets with the actual symbol, prodigits doesn't show that symbol, download opera mini from there and apparently you can download using the 3 key, courtesy of amett from the SE forum......please note this doesn't work with all models of phone so don't complain if it doesn't work on yours.Djdecki

you need to be able to access the internet with internet gprs so o2 pay and go customers cant use it because they don't provide the settings new version in English. . . http://mini.opera.com/my/ full version at www.opera.com

Ok so iv been playing arnd wif opera mini...Figured how 2 change it 2english...This how it done...Press softkey 2select Meny then select Verktoy then select Innstillinger then scroll rite 2da bottom of page 2combo box...click on it selectEnglishclick ok...select Lagrewif ur softkey...IT's now in english...ENJOY...

The easiest way to change the language is to press the hash key, quickly followed by the number 8 key, then choose english from the drop down list. Also while your there, make sure the load images box is unticked, then click on save

Depends which phone you got and which version. The .jad 107k works perfectly on 6230. There loads diff versions on llux site

I means u aint got much Memory on ur phone 4 the pages 2 open. Try deleting unwanted pics, games and tones.

This is a great, helpful, topic.  The .jar versions kept going off after loadingi on my se T610 until some1 told of try the .jad version. It worked! I will translate it using the tips here.

If you get- your browser maybe limited... that means connection settings for the app isnt done or your network dont support the app

Some guys will get that Browsing experience limited, etc because their phone's memory is insufficient. Take into account how much mem is available on your phone, then subtract the mem that Opera uses, as well as the mem that the cache requires. It probably means deleting unused games, apps, etc. Regarding links, i'll run a search for David Pye's site, he has a few versions as well, i think.

It's been removed from David's site, but if you're able to use a pc, or have Netfront or Opera Symbian you can try http://blumonkey.org/download/cell/opera-mini.rar You'll get 4 files which you need to expand.

have u tried changing service type to HTTP and port to 8080? i had problems b4 but doing this worked 4 me n it works perfect now on my v600
