Impatient lol when you go to connect your phone you. Should have options to connect as modem fax etc. Check all boxes, also when you go to my bluetooth places there should be an option to connect your headset as well as your phone as modem. Try that if it doesn't work. Post in here again. I'm away from comp just now. Will try to help though

What version of windows you using? Tell you what i'll be able to help after i've finished work when i'm in front of my laptop. Unless of course someone can help you before.

Headsets are only discoverable for a couple of seconds... Try activating discover mode on headset and then get pc to search for device straight away.. Thats how mine works anyway

Do a search on google look up bluetooth address there is a code you use to let you find out your address ...You should find it there ....
