dont you like mini pro? its a good budget phone. samsung only have old models at that prince range like ace. i will say what others said, better stick with mini pro. its a new offering. comes with gb. 1Ghz scorpion processor, agps, 5mp cam, n every other essentials. only letdown is the screen but you cant ask more in that budget. if you can extend ur budget you have other options.

theres also one other thing about sony phone...the other day the dude behind the counter said with sony phone there are plenty of part(for repair) available compared with other brands like samsung

Yep, SE are great with repairs, my X10 took just two days, they swapped its motherboard, and it was ready 2days later.
