could an online retailer buy off all the nexus 4 in a country..since it gets sold out pretty quick.. the online retailer here sell the nexus 4 at 500usd for the 16gb...

Go with a ZTE U950. It's very good and also cheap. It's just over 200 USD and it has a quad core Tegra 3. Good stuff for the price.

I will say this though for Tegra 3, it can handle overclocking better than the Qualcomm Krait

nexus 4s cost isnt worth it. The only redeeming thing about it is the Adreno 320
