as youre rooted theres an app in play store that will let you flash a custom recovery without a pc. Then youll be able to make a nandroid backup and flash the kernel from your fone too. I'll pop back with the apps name in a few mins for ya.

s4 flash it's called, but it's compatible with the I9300 as well https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=nl.bvgemert.flasher .... there's also rom manager and mobile Odin that will do it too.
