Profile Scheduler - I don't know why such a useful feature isn't built-in, basically it's set to dim my screen, lower the ringtone, and disable data at 1:00 am and re-enable it at 8:00.

Some phones do have that built in, normally in the profile options, my lg g2 let's you choice what time you want it to happen,

Oh good  haven't had it on any Android I've owned, although my old Nokia phones had manually switchable profiles.
