if you have a cwm recovery you don't need to back it up as it's never usually flashed at the same time as anything else. you could flash an official rom back on your phone and still have cwm there waiting...

don't know much about Sony's but if it turns on (before getting stuck) or can go into download/bootloader mode it can be flashed.

@ ascaris - 5.07.16 - 09:47pm I have an old Xperia T that's soft bricked would I be able to fix that aswell? remember the frimware file extension is .ftf if its a rar file got downloaded rename it to watever it is an end it with .ftf ,now open flash tools ,dnt connect ur fone to pc yet..switch it off m conncet usb only on ur fone, now on flashtool click flash n select the frimware Xperia T, now hold ur down volume key n connect the usb on pc...keep holden the down vol key untill u see its flashn the frimware, oh an b4 u flash first install u phone drives on pc..just by connectin |
