Good day. I have an olfer friend, who has a Samsung A4. Somehow she reset the phone. The phone is now asking for her e-mail address, which she can remember, but not the password. She has also changed her phone-number, so the number that Google wants to send a verification code to, doesn't exist anymore. I've googled and tried resetting, by pressing the 3 buttons. I get it right, but it just leaves at the same place I started, because it still wants the e-mail address and password. Any advice from someone? Tx |

if she doesn't have any paid for apps that she wants access to again, making a new email account would get the phone running just as easily.
